Demand Management – Managing demand from various stakeholders through Assembly Lines, analyzing and prioritizing them and creating work packets to ensure demand gets addressed.
Design and Development / Modification / Consolidation / Adoption – Design, Develop and Integrate the new processes / process changes into the Quality Management System
  Verification and Validation – Review and validate the process changes if they meet the stakeholder needs
  Trainings Content Development and Delivery – Develop the training materials for ‘Trainers’ and ‘Community’ and deliver the same
Factory Management - Management of the day-to-day factory operations including handling of issues, risks and actions and escalations to client if necessary.
