A large Bank needed help to retire one of the legacy Project budget systems and engaged Wipro to help by implementing IT Governance Solution. We first defined a solution roadmap for policy & procedure enforcement and then captured data around issues, risks, scope changes, resource requirements, cost health to prepare a project health report. Workflows were configured using an IT Governance tool to automate the project request and automatic code movement from one environment to other.
